A little help getting started.
Anyone can join. No invitation, payment card or subscription is needed.
What is free?
The available property tools and listing features are free during beta. No automatic charge starts when the beta ends. Any future paid purchase will require your explicit agreement.
How do I list a property?
Create a listing account, or enable listing tools on your existing account. Add accurate details and photos, then review before publishing. Only list properties you have permission to market.
Where do enquiries go?
Messages appear in your seller dashboard. Check it regularly: email notifications are not available yet. Reply links open your email or phone app; marking a message read does not send a reply.
Can I remove a listing?
Choose Withdrawn in My listings to remove it from public discovery while keeping its details and existing enquiries.
Where are my saved scenarios?
Scenarios are saved in this browser on this device, not in your account. Export a backup before clearing browser data. Working edits and listing text drafts recover within their tab; photos need to be reattached after leaving the listing form.
What if an account email does not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the address you entered. Account email delivery is limited during beta. The deal studio and public property browsing do not require an account.
What should a bug report include?
Email support@plotperch.com with the page address, what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Remove passwords, access tokens, private messages and personal property details from screenshots.
