2. Decide what to share

Your plan stays private. If you want an agency introduction, preview the property and contact details you would share before giving consent. Private notes, checklist and financial figures stay private.

3. Speak to an agency

Our team reviews your request and manually selects a participating approved agency for your service and area. Follow progress in your account and receive email updates.

No need to be ready to sell.

Use a plan to explore your options, prepare to let, think through improvements or keep track of a property. Saving it does not publish a listing or commit you to an agency.

An introduction is optional and availability is not guaranteed. If no suitable agency is available, our team can update or close your request with an explanation. You can cancel an open request, although an agency may already have received the details you shared.

Agree any instruction, services and fees directly with the agency. If you already have an agent, check your agreement before requesting another introduction.
