Terms of use

These terms apply when you use PlotPerch, a trading name of Purdy Estates Limited, registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI725161), registered office 41 Main Street, Annalong, Newry, Northern Ireland, BT34 4QH. By creating an account or publishing a listing you agree to them. Contact us at hello@plotperch.com or support@plotperch.com.

The features available during the beta are free. No invitation or payment card is needed, and no subscription or charge starts when the beta ends. Any future paid product will need your separate, explicit agreement to its price and terms. Beta features may change, and interruptions or errors may happen.

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Enquiries are delivered to the lister's dashboard inbox; email notifications are not available yet. Replies happen through the lister's own email or phone. Any agreement to buy, sell or let a property is between you and the other party, not with PlotPerch.

PlotPerch provides advertising, discovery and calculation tools. Calculations depend on the figures and assumptions entered. Scores are rule-based indicators, not valuations, and area statistics have not yet been verified. We do not promise a buyer, tenant, sale, let, number of enquiries or financial return. Deal scenarios are saved in your browser on your device, not in your account. Export a backup if you need one. Listing text drafts recover within the same browser tab; photos need to be added again after leaving the listing form.

We may remove a listing or other content, or suspend an account, if it breaks these terms, is reported to us as unlawful or misleading, or puts other users at risk. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond. To report a listing, email support@plotperch.com with its web address and the reason.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@plotperch.com. See the privacy notice for what we keep and for how long.

We may change or stop beta features. If we make an important change to these terms we will show the new date on this page and, where the change affects your account significantly, tell you before it applies.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for decisions you make based on estimates, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

If something goes wrong, contact support@plotperch.com and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
